A Success factors extension has been created on HCP Platform. This extension calls a java servlet also published on HCP. When the request is fired from the Success factors cockpit after deployment no response is returned because the URL destination is malformed and results in a 404 error given that the servlet is accessible and operating fine from the web IDE testing cockpit.

I cannot say much about the servlet becuase it gous outside my expertise area but usually when I develop server side services with XSC/XSA you need to expose them changing a settings in .xsaccess (expose: true).
Maybe this hint can light up your lightbulb 😉

Thanks Emanuele for your input , however this is a java servlet and is exposed with no specific authorization. The problem is when the request is fired from success factor's side the url becomes malformed which results in a 404 unlike the testing scenario on web ide where it runs fine. Is there some configuration that should be maintained on success factors platform?
