Success factors Compensation and Bonus configurations

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all are doing good. After a  quite experience in HCM , I am working in success factors compensation and variable pay. As I am working , still I think fundamental and the process of configuration is not clear to me. Apology if I am not able to explain what I wish.But yes wanted a root concept of understanding. If any one will explain the same , I will be great full. Thank you.

Hi Xavier, I have 2 questions, pls help.I can see maximum pay range in work sheet but cant see minimum pay Range.As this column I am pulling from look up table.Look table formula is ok,4 input and 2 out put as minimum pay range and maximum pay range. second question is market bench mark field wanted to make as editable in executive review.Thanking you.

@Sanjukta1 Benchmark fields cannot be made editable in Compensation worksheets. Regarding your lookup table something must be wrong in the formula or the design.

It's not an easy module, especially Variable Pay.

Hi Xavier,Thanks for update. some blocks are accessible some are expired.These are really interesting. Being a new comer I wanted to understand how the goal, guideline, base, works in a standard config.
