Hi Team,
As we have standard Operator Roles namely O,R,G,S,T,W,Q in Success Factors , there is a requirement where Clients want to keep the Role as Open. This could be for any of the roles mentioned above.
For example , say a Hiring Manager today plays a role of Recruiting Manager tomorrow.
Please clarify if it possible to configure in Success Factors Recruiting Management or not.
