Tried to log in on the success factors app. Used QR code, then user name and password. Started the login process but just before it let me log in, an error message popped up on my phone app. It said "The data privacy consent statement system check has failed. Please try again later."
I even received a congratulations email saying that my phone had registered. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20. I also tried on my old phone, Galaxy S10 with the same issue.

Check the SAP KBA:
regarding this issue.
Once you do not have the DCPS 2.0, the cause should be the #2 cause.
Also check the user and make sure it has all permission from the SAP KBA:
