Stuck with old templates

Hi,

We experienced that an old template seem to be stuck and shows even though we selected one of our newer templates. We switched all our templates a while ago, but from time to time one of our old templates seem to show up, even though we chose one of the new ones. We also experienced that a blank page showed, even though we used a template that worked as intended other places.

We tried to republish in the producer and the manager, but it doesnt seem to work.

Any idea what goes wrong?

Hi Thomas,

What you describe does seem to be a template-related issue. To be certain, open a Book Page that is not displaying correctly and confirm that the correct template is applied to that page.

Once you know that the correct template is being applied to the page, I would unpublish all of the templates and then republish them, in Manager. I would then do the same for the content that is not displaying correctly, be sure to unpublish first.

If the issue persists, perhaps it is worth raising a support ticket - with Component ID KM-WPB-MGR - to get someone to take a look.

Thank you. I tried to unpublish, and use the exact same template once again, and now it works.
