Story Reports - Successfactors

Hello Everyone,

Can someone advise on how to export multiple Story reports in successfactors? I've got 32 reports and as per SAP's guideline 50 reports can be exported in one go.

Usually, when multiple reports are exported in one go, they're exported in a zip file with respective extensions. It shows the export was successfull; however, the result is just one .acn file with size 1KB. I had expected one zip file comprising of the number of reports exported from Report Centre.

Has anyone else faced this situation? Or is it a limitation that only one story report definition can be exported at one time?

Hi Dinesh,

Have you encountered any errors when importing the 1kb .acn file? In regards to exporting multiple story reports, instead of generating a .zip file, the system will produce a single .acn file that encompasses the entire structure of the story reports, which you can then import into the appropriate target system. This process has been functioning properly for me.

Thanks Ayus, I tried importing a couple of stories in one go (within single .acn file) and it seemed to work fine. However, when I tried importing 30+ reports, it failed to import all. No specific errors, just that the screen was trying to refresh in loop...as if it was stuck.

I guess there is a limit of 30 reports which can be imported. Last year I was trying same and it failed when the number of story reports was more than 30.
