Story reports return system identifiers instead of labels for foundation objects

Our new customers are situated in DC55 and seem to have one problem in common. Reports in People Analytics are returning system identifiers (ie numbers) instead of the labels for department, business unit etc. We have logged a ticket with SAP but it is dragging its feet. Has anybody else had that experience?

Hi! I have the same situation, as a work around try a calculated column to convert. The only problem is if you have a lot of values in the picklist the "if" operation might start throwing errors.

Enabling the language pack for "English Debug" at the backend to refresh all the translation for your production instance. Upon the change, the report is now producing labels instead of code.
