Hi there,
Story reports have stopped loading again today, it's been 3 hours now with no solution yet. This happened last week too. This is effecting all users with access to reports.
Please can Story Report improvements be made a priority? In line with the SAP updates we have migrated 90% of existing canvas reports to story reports. It is disappointing to have moved to a model which is not yet ready.
The error message today reads as if there is an active session open in another tab and therefore the Story Report can't load. This is not the case and I have cleared all cache, cookies and history.
It would be good to get an update from SAP as to how they plan to manage these necessary improvements.

Thanks for your feedback on the tool - I believe there was a known issue last week and it should be resolved by now. At times, we do experience some issues when using the tool. Please contact Product Support when you run into any errors while using the tool.
