Story Reports looping

Hi folks,

When I try to create new Story Report page is looping. 

IAS and SF end implementations are looking fine. 

Any advice?

Have you tried using a different browser? Clearing cache images etc.? Chrome generally works better - we came across with similar error and needed to add SF page to allowed third-party cookies.

For Chrome user:

1. Settings ==> Privacy and Security ==> Delete browsing data (Delete the Cookies and other site date + Delete Cached images and files)
2. Third-Party cookies. Sites allowed to use third-party cookies ==> Add (add below urls)

2. performancemanager4.successfactors.com
