Story reports and IAS

Have you implemented stories / the new analytics reporting capabilities in SuccessFactors yet? If so, did you face any challenges doing this, especially with the IAS implementation? Or if you have not implemented it yet, why not?

Hi Susan,

Yes, I have implemented this. I suggest below steps:

1. Follow SAP guideline precisely.

2. IPS and IAS configuration is must before story feature is enabled.

3. For IPS and IAS configuration, if any step of SAP guideline is missed or misunderstood, you need to take support from SAP Platform team which I got at all level.

4. For Production, specific care is needed so that user login is not affected as after IAS upgrade users will be prompted with SSO login.

5. If you have any other SSO login method for organisation (like microsoft 365), you need to setup IDP with help of IT team.

It is a very good feature and user experience is better alongwith HR to avail Story reporting feature.
