Story Report Performance Management Data

Hi!

Currently, I am building story report for my client request. However, I cannot find the individual goal rating, individual goal comment, manager individual goal rating and the manager individual goal comment in the PM form section. I attached the screenshot of the data I need on the story report.'

Hi Arren,

I got this information by starting in the Query Designer with Form Template > Form > Goal (From Performance Management) > Goal (From Goal Management).
