Stop Learning Notification in LMS for the user who are on Long term Leave

Hello!!

I would like to stop learning notification in LMS for the users who are on long term leave. Can you please help me in this to set up? also I would like to ask - is there any role in EC to set up?

Hi, I would recommend using the "Block all emails to" functionality in Learning administration for this scenario. You can find that under:

> System Administration
> Configuration
> Global Application Settings
> Mail

In Block all emails to, type the email address of the person that is on long term leave (you can add multiple email addresses). Make sure to update your process to remove the user once they are back from their long term leave. Otherwise they won't be receiving notifications from the system.

As long as the users account remains active, I don't believe there is another way to prevent the system from sending notifications.

Can you please help me to understand that - will the provided solution help me to stop all the Learning assesment expiration notification & due notification which are usually trigger for all mandatory courses? and is it possible to achieve this through - When the LMS user connector runs rightly it makes users in LMS inactive if value for this custom field is YES; Value 'NO' means the user is passed on to LMS as active. This integration is between Bizx & LMS and no other modules are affected. Thanks in advance!!
