Status model for disputes in SAP Commissions

Hello experts!

Our customer has a need to change the status model for disputes in the SAP Commissions system. Please tell me if it is possible to change the names of statuses in the system, add new statuses.

There is no possible ways to add custom Status to Disputes.. If there is business requirement, you can ask for product enhancement for enabling to allow to create custom status through raising support ticket..

No, you cannot edit/rename the status field. There are consequences if that option is open to public.
