Status Changing Activity

Hi,

When using the status changing activity 5100 "Offer Accepted" , the status of the candidate is changing to "To be Hired" as shown in the below snapshot:

However, when I login as the candidate, the status against the application is still "In Process" as shown below.

I have maintained the status against both the objects i.e. NE, ND.

Any suggestions to overcome this?

Hi Sachin,

If you write that you maintained the status against both objects, what status does the ND object have in HRP5132?

Hi Nicole,

In HRP5132, the status is "In Process" only. In HRP5133, the candidacy status is " To be Hired".

I have maintained " To be Hired" against both ND and NE object.

Kindly advice.

Hi Nicole,

The workflow ERC_OBJECT CREATED is already set in the event queue in transaction SWETYPV.

We're on EHP6 and following are the SP details:

- ERECRUIT 606 0003 SAPK-60603INERECRUIT E-Recruiting

- SAP_BASIS 731 0004 SAPKB73104 SAP Basis Component

- SAP_ABA 731 0004 SAPKA73104 Cross-Application Component

Could you please check that no other workflow is in the event queue (eg. STATUSCHANGED)?

Hi Nicole,

WS51900018 was in Event Queue. I have removed it but still it didn't help. Now only ERC_OBJECT CREATED is in Event Queue as shown in the below snapshot.

Is there a reason why ERC_ACTIV ACTIVITYCREATED is not active in your system?
