Status change activity can hav the correspondence mail

Hi,

Can we add correspondence mail to a status changing activity. I have a requirement from client to add correspondence mail to the Offer Accepted activity.

However, i am not able to assign a correspondence mail to Offer accepted activity.

Request you to help this issue.

Hi Sarika,

You can always couple eg. status changing activities with correspondences with  V77RCF_ACT2PROCR.

Hi Nicole,

The correspondance is assigned to status changing activity in  v77rcf_act2procr but while performing this activity the correspondence mail is not getting triggered to the candidate.

The activities are maintained in the wrong order and you have to make sure that the correspondence is an invitation activity which is mapped to the same process used here (so 4).
