For Performance documents, especially performance improvement plan, the status of the form and end dates are vital. Currently, launching of new form takes into consideration the end date.
However, the problem is if the performance document is completed before the end date the user cannot launch a new form because the setting prevents it.
Our request is to have the ability to also add the status into the checks, not only the end date, when allowing / denying the ability to launch a new form.
This will allow the users to create a new form even if the dates have not passed in a form that is already completed.
