Can we edit the text of comp/varpay statement generation notification in SuccessFactors homepage ?

We want to customize the text as per the requirement.

Is there a way to remove the Statement Notification through Home Page?

We tried to recall the statement but the system did not recalled also the Statement Notification through the home page.

Also, even when we clicked on the Notification link, it did not disappeared as it should have according to the Guide.

Please let me know how this is managed.
