Start Links Not Launching

Hi Community!

Start links that are generated in Producer are not opening in the browser for many of our users. We tried changing the browser and trying with different users and we still had the same problem.

We tried to set the newest version of "trainer" in Producer as default, but it only solved the problem for some of the users but not everyone...

Hi Shane,

The page was just loading forever...

We managed to solve the problem, in fact the newest version of "trainer" needed to be set in both Producer and Manager for it to work.
