Start and End Pages of a Simulation appear blank in published view

I am using a simulation template with preloaded start and end pages, but the start and end pages do not load on Companion.

They seem to work fine, when previewing through Producer.

I have checked that the pages are published. Please advice.

Check that the TEMPLATES used by the Book Pages are also published - along wioth any imaghes/resourcesd THEY use.

Hi Sanchia,

If the templates used to create the Start and End pages are published, please raise an SAP support ticket to get support to take a closer look.  I cannot think of any other reason that the page appears, without content.  Please use the Component ID KM-SEN-MGR when raising the ticket.
