Standard Validation on Maximum Value

Hi Experts,

Currently system is considering Mid Value for Standard Validation Rule. But Client wants system move buffer amount to Lumpsum if the employee crosses Maximum Value. Please let me now if this is possible. If Yes How..?

Yes it is possible in standard... 100% in final range penetration means the proposed employee new salary is above the range MAX. See screenshot and link below on configuration instructions.
