Dear akanksha_kumari22,
So for you to change this label, you need to create a custom language in the system. For this specific request I would not recommend the change as this will impact other pages that uses this label. I will any way explain how to change labels like that in SF and show you where this impacts.
____________________________________________________________________________________________
First you need to identify the 'token' so you can easily change your user language to English Debug, go to the home page and check what is the 'token' of this tile (I have checked and it is: COMMON_COMPANY_ORG_CHART_TAB
Now you have to go to the 'Manage Languages' transaction and create download the language default labels for the language you want to change (in my example I used the English US). After downloading you have to delete all values and include the token that you took from the debug step with the new label (the file would look like this
).

Next, you have to click on 'Add custom locale':It will pop up a window for you to add the new custom locale name: in my example I used 'Custom English US':

A new line will be created under the language that you selected:

Now, click on the 3 dots menu from your custom label line and select 'Upload Custom Labels'. You have to select the file that you created and the system will load it automatic.

But as mentioned in the beginning, it is not recommended to change this specific label because this is used in more places, like the Org Chart page, so if you change, it will look like this for all employees:
I hope this helps!
Thank you.
