Standard Story report not picking all employees despite no filter on the query ?

HI @ALL 

We have been encountering issues with exported standard reports - where different standard reports are skipping employees in the output. 

We have checked on main query itself and there are no filters -  & we try to regenerate same query from scratch users are reflecting ? 

Such inconsistent behavior is making our client doubt the stability of story report and are asking for reconciliation - reconciliation of something which itself should be used for the same?

Eventually , on comparing with table report - discrepancy still reflect. 

Anyone encountered something similar or troubleshooted such case ?

Could you share the connecting points for this report and is it left join or outer join.

If possible, can you share the screenshot for the same.
