Standard report User Exam Data unable to pull the completion data apart from pre and post data

Hi PRD experts,

Please kindly provide valuable inputs on the requirement to pull the completion data in the standard report User Exam Data.

I tried adding all the required tables to pull the completion data in the report PA_STUD_CPNT,PA_CPNT_EVTHST,PA_XCPNT_EVTHST and PA_CMPL_STAT.

I have attached screenshot of the completion data tables request you to provide valuable inputs.
