Standard offline package not playing

Hello Community,

I've published a Standard offline package which includes 'Practice Mode' simulation. When I try to launch the simulation by clicking the 'index.html' file nothing appears in the browser and it's blank. I have tried 'Edge' as well as 'Chrome'  Request your kind help for this issue.

It needs to be run on an actual Web Server (running Apache or IIS) - you can't just run it from your C: drive or a LAN share.
