Standard Goal Plan Field shows incorrect data in Ah-hoc Report

Dear all,

is there any reason why the goal-score field shows "0" when generating the report? The field is reportable by standard. The Goal sync has been triggered in Provisioning as well, however, it shows 0 for all employees regardless if the filled has been filled or not.
