@radhar, can you check if the cookies are enabled at the browser level (Browser Configuration Requirements for SAP SuccessFactors)? If you can't enable them at the browser level, the "Enable SuccessFactors Learning third-party cookie mechanism" configuration (KBA 2253268) can be enabled at the BizX provisioning level by an SAP Partner or SAP Support.
