Staff Movement Report on SuccessFactors

Hi,

I'm trying to build a report to get the staff's previous and current unit for every date the records ever changed.

For example, in July 3, 2018, Marcos Hoff was in Executive Department, on July 18, 2018 Marcos moved to Industries Team. By July 25, Marcos moves back to Executive Team.

I want to see Marcos Hoff's movements by each date:

Staff: Marcos Hoff | Date: July 18, 2018 | Previous Team: Executive | Current Team: Industries

Staff: Marcos Hoff | Date: July 25, 2018 | Previous Team: Industries | Current Team: Executive

I have tried this

But it only shows all previous records in the Previous Team column but in the Current Column, it returns only the record as at today. I have tried several options in the current record date settings but it doesn't give the result I described in the example above.
