SSO error with Okta: User authentication failed.Cookie name is not valid

Hello SAP Community,

We have recently enabled IAS in Successfactors Instance with OKTA as it Corporate IDP.

When we use IDP initiated URL to login to the Instance, am getting the following error as per logs:

SSO error with Okta: User authentication failed.Cookie name is not valid

Could you please share insights on the issue as mentioned above?

Hello,

Kindly note, this error is usually due to some misconfiguration between IAS and IDP.

There are some possible causes and resolution, for IAS and Okta, on below KBAs:
