SSO Asserting party error

Hi Experts.. I am getting an error "Failed to add asserting party. Unauthorized to access IAS." in the manage SAML SSO settings in Admin Center. I am trying to add an assertion party in the instance, please help.

For future reference providing the solution.

The problem with "Failed to add asserting party. Unauthorized to access IAS" pop-up Alert in SAP SuccessFactors can be resolved by importing the relevant SSL certificate into a System Admin User in the IAS tenant.

Certificate can be found in this KBA 2674588 - SSO - Manage SAML SSO Settings - https://me.sap.com/notes/2674588. It also provides an example how to upload it in the IAS
