SSFF - Employment Detail: Visible date fields by country

Hi, good moorning

I need your help as experts in the following problem related to employment detail, when registering a new employee.

I need to group the date fields by country or company; such that only the dates that belong to the selected company are visible. For example:

Argentina: start-date and custom-date5

Chile: start-date , custom-date2 and custom-date4

Ecuador: start-date, custom-date1 and custom-date3

Has anyone done this through business rules or through another process that they can share with me?.
