SSF Time Off - Holiday Assignment record update

Dear All,

we are creating a job in provisioning in order to update automatically the holiday assignments in Time Off.

We understood that there is only the parent entity "Holiday Calendar" in order to perform the import by template in "Import and Export Data".

The clients ask us the possibility to update an existing holiday assignment, changing the date field.

We have noticed that the holiday assignment date is the external code (key) of the entity, with no possibility to edit the record by template. If we try to change the date, a new record is created. Can you confirm?

Therefore the other possibility is to try to delete the holiday assignment record by template. If we try, we encounter the following error: "Delete operator is only supported for a base entity template." Is this mean that is possibile only to delete the "parent" entity (HolidayCalendar) and not the "child" entity (Holiday Assignment)?

Do you have any other suggestion to meet this requirement?
