srv/risk-service.cds:1:37-51: Can't find local module ‘../db/schema’

currently, I'm studying Building side by side extensions on SAP BTP with CAP.  In the second exercise, I found the above error and the code was downloaded from GIT.  The course and the tutorial clearly define the risk service with the following: 

using { riskmanagement as rm } from '../db/schema';

The cds watch displayed the error message as the title of this thread. What could be the issue? What does the ../db means?
