SPOT Thank you Award - The certificate is not loading in the employee/manager profile

Dear All,

I have created SPOT Thank you award (non monetary) with certificate which will not be attached to thank you email but will be visible in the employee profile and manager spot program profile.

But the certificate is not loading, I have created the certificate using the below article where in manage configure UI I have updated the display to large file.

Please guide on this.

Can you please check and ensure the nominee has the correct permissions assigned under RBP?
2834652 - Reward & Recognition - Tips and Tricks - SAP for Me
Also, can the nominators manager access the certificate under the Award History> My Team?

We are experiencing the same issue. We have configured the certificate following the same KBA and have verified all the permissions as outlined in the "Reward & Recognition - Tips and Tricks."

Hi Ines - what role is trying to see the certificate you have? is it the manager or nominee? can none of these see the certificate?

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, none of the roles are able to see the certificate.

Already checked all the RBPs, and it does not seem to be the issue.

Hi Andres - Thank you for your feedback! I took a closer look and debugged the issue, it turned out to be a problem with the mappings.
