We are getting ready to implement the Spot Award in May 2025. When I tested the employee employment Organizational data (Division and Department), once employees moved from one org to another, the Division and Department data in Nominator and Award Recipient also updated to the most recent. I want to use the Division and Department on the employee on the request date (point in time) is that possible to config in the system? The budget is correct, it comes out from the correct Division (Previous employment) but the employee was not seating in the previous division.
Request clarification before answering.
