Specify Reasons for Exclusion of Candidates

Hi,

1) Go to SPRO-->SAP E-Recruiting-->Talentwarehouse -->Candidate-->Candidate Search-->Specify Reasons for Exclusion of Candidates.

In "Specify Reasons for Exclusion of Candidates", If we mention the Reason as "Failed Background Check"

2) Go to SPRO-->SAP E-Recruiting-->Basic Settings-->Status Reasons-->Assign Status Reasons to Statuses for Recruitment.

In "Assign Status Reasons to Statuses for Recruitment", If we mention the Reason for "Rejection"  for object "ND" and "NE" as "Failed Background Check"

3) If  the Recruiter Rejects  candidates "ABC" and "XYZ" based on the Reason code ""Failed Background Check"".

Now If the Recruiter does the candidate Search, Will the Recruiter able to see the candidates "ABC" and "XYZ" in candidate search screen?.

Hello Harish,

Yes, he still sees the candidates when you reject them for particular postings as this is your talent pool. You can't see them in the search if you exclude them from the search (button on the candidate search application).
