Hello,

does anyone know how to create a content in Enable Now which will be visible only by specific users and it appears once the user access the Learning Page of SuccessFactors Learning, like a pop up message? Is it possible?

Please share any idea and suggestions?

Thank you in advance!

Assuming you are talking about help content, then yes. You need to have separate Workareas, and create separate Fiori Catalogs/Roles for each of these, and assign the relevant users to each role, but sure, it can be done.

Having content 'pop up' when users access a specific screen is a separate thing, but yes also possible. Look into What's New, and the Show As Announcement option on Link Tiles. Plus maybe the Show Instantly option, depending on what you are trying to achieve.

Thank you for your fast reply.

I think that I need to create a What's new as an announcement. I cannot really understand how to restrict the visibiliy of that announcement to specific users. Is it possible?

Could you please explain me how can I add users in bulk to an organizational unit and then to a role?

Moreover, I cannot find what you called show instantly option in the what's new I created and setted as an announcement.

Could you also advise me on that?

Thank you in advance.

You can control who sees the What's New announcement the same way you would other content: separate Catalogs/Roles - but that's a lot of effort just for that. Bear in mind users will only see help for Fiori apps they can get into, so if you control access to the apps, you have de facto control over access to the help content.

Bulk assignments of (existing) users to Org Units (and/or Roles): Export the user list, change it in Excel then upload it again. Just be very careful to speecify everything correctly./

Hi Manuel,

thank you for your reply.

I have created the content and set it as an anonuncement.

Now, all the users view this content.

How can I restrict the visibility of this content? How can I add it to a catalog?

Can I assign users in bulk to a catalog or to a Org Units? I cannot see how to perform bulk actions.

Could you please help me?

Thank you so much for your precious assistance.

Kind regards
