Sound in book page

Good day,

I've such problem:

1. OS - Windows 10
2. SEN cloud

I need to add audio file (mp3) into the book page. I added it different ways: as media object, audio file. On book page preview everything is ok. But when I'm trying to play it in browser (Edge and Chrome) there is no sound.

I noticed when I opened the same link in IE everything was ok.

I tried to play media object in trainer and noticed that by default it muted (screen attached)

It looks like a bug, or maybe I should change settings?
