Hi experts,

when a second manager promote an employee on his form is no allowed to see all job classifications. Just can see a few.

I have checked on manage data and Job classifications are created (association) by business unit (and country) but in this case all business unit are addesd for the job classifications that are missing.

The job classification also depend on the object family. Families are asociated to business unit but not for country. Any way, I don`t thing this is realted.

Im also not sure this can be related to RBP permissions.

Any ideas what can it be?

Thanks

@ernestogabrielm

Have you tried the following: granting this one user in Dev full RBP access on everybody and on every single field and admin permissions to rule out whether it's an RBP issue or not.

I really think it is but it looks like it may be a needle in a haystack for a root cause.

Thanks

Xavier

Hi @ernestogabrielm

Could it tied to the effective date of the Job Classification values ?

All the best

Hi @BalajiNudurupat ,

I checked and there is no restriction on the target group.
