SOC Standard Occupational Classification Tracking

Hi All, 

We are looking to maintain the standard occupational classification (SOC) in SuccessFactors for USA. But I'm not able to find a standard field in the system. I have checked in Job Classification USA and its not available. Is this something which we have to build as a custom field?

I too am looking to maintain the SOC in SF for the USA but I don't see a standard field, does this mean we need to use a custom field?
