SLG1 ERROR when candidate submits the application

Hello experts,

We've implemented E-rec,but facing some issue when candidate apply for the job.

Client has the requirement to send the application data in the Acknowledge candidate application activity (1020 standard). For this this, we created a Z smartform by coping standard form HRRCF_CS_IT_APPLICANT and linked it with activity type 1020.

Now when candidate submits the application, still the standard form is getting triggered. When I tried to perform this activity manually, its giving an error "1 documents could not be created or processed" and error logs are getting generated. Below is the log-
