Single login credentials for successfactors recruiting and onboarding

Hi Experts,

One of the client wants to have single login credentials for recruiting and onboarding for  candidates. Once onboarding is initiated for the candidate, he/she should be able to use same credentials as recruitng to complete the onboarding.

As per my knowledge, it is not supported within successfactors. Is it feasible? I am looking for some SAP document/ blog to share with client. Can someone pls share.

Our client is also looking for a similar feature to ease the user experience for candidate/new hire. It would be good to get some information on probable or future options.
