Before the H1 2024 went live in Production, when searching for an observer, we were about to search using first and surname, this would then bring up all possible employees and their infromation.
However, since the upgrade, when we start to type the surname of the employee we need (e.g. John S) the list of employees disappears and there is no way to select the person you need.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?
SAP support have suggested it due to us not having Global Display Name enabled in our instance, however when I search SAP / Google for this, nothing comes up so I have no idea what they are referring to. Also, before the upgrade, this wasn't an issue, it worked as expected, so something has changed which hasn't been highlighted within the information supplied.
Would appreciate anyone's insight into this.
