Hello,
I would like to know if this feature really exist?
I found someone's blog here, stated that this feature exist.
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/simulation-feature-sap-successfactors-chapter-12--5yjxc/
Seems I did not find any official document from help.sap.com with regards this specific feature.

Hi @rezadwi, this is Sylvia, PM for Business Rules Framework at SuccessFactors.
Thx for sharing this linkedIn post. I can assure you, that the feature described doesn't exist. As @Iulia_Bobaru mentioned, there are different validations available in the business rules engine itself, but also in the Checktool and in some applications. However, a tool to simulate if a rule is doing what the user thinks it is designed for, the option to "Input test values for the fields or data points involved in the rule (e.g., employee details, job changes, leave dates)." and simulate the rule execution result based on these test values is NOT an available feature!
I know the requirement to have such a functionality from our customer influence tool (https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/46640), however, currently this topic is not on our roadmap.
I added a comment in LinkedIn and ask the author to give more insight in what he described, but didn't get an answer yet.
Hope this helps...
BR, Sylvia
