Hi Experts,
I have below two questions which is actually a requirement, looking here in case someone has worked on them
1. One of my client wants to have signature of TA Head on Offer Letter that is extended to the candidate. Is there a possibility to have it on Offer Letter Template, if yes how can I configure it?
2. And if I am using DocuSign can I send the Offer to TA Head for signing first and then send it to the candidate to Accept & Sign?
Thanks in Advance!
Best Regards

You can use this approach

second option, there might be a limitation, usually, we use general image signature for all offer letters

Yes, I too had the TA letter signed in the offer letter to the customer. Which was done to the candidate. But I don't think it will be a template letter because the same letter is the offer letter. Which is used by the company or business professionals. Official letters are often written in simple and straight sentences that have structured and specific formats. Which we can configure.
And yes, if you are using the document, I think first of all, the candidate will have to sign, only if the TA heads are eligible for signature.
