sickness counter creation

Hello I would like to create a sickness counter for Serbia as from best practice Time Off croatia because I am afraid If I use the croatian sickness counter for a serbian time off rule problems might be caused when the EC time off system updates itself (Correct me if I am wrong?). How can I solve this?

And are you using time sheet? Cause with time valuations you can easily create counters.

What´s the purpose of the counter?

The picture doesn't tell much that allows us to advise, but you can just take the time type applicable for the respective country to isolate the correct lookup for your use case I reckon?
