Can the system send a notification email to alert when an employee exceeds a specified number of sick days within a rolling 12-month period?
Or if they have taken 3 short instances within a rolling 12-month?
We would want the e-mail to be sent to their people leader with a CC

In the "Employee Time" object, create and assign a validation condition at "Post Save Rules" section?
refer the screenshot attached, after setting the rule and make a transaction for Sick leave to exceed the maximum days then in "Job Scheduler" run/execute the "EC alerts and notification" job.
