Showing too new to rate in Performance Portlet

Dear all,

one of the clients is asking if there is a possibility/workaround to show the "Too New to Rate" rating in the Performance Trend Portlet in EE Profile. According to KBA it is expected behaviour that Too New to Rate is not showing in the portlet but is there any other portlets that could work and show this rating as well?

Did you tried by creating Too New to Rating as one of the field in Rating scale?
