Hi there,
In my story report I can pull in all active and terminated incumbents of a position. This is not a problem.
However, I am struggling to pull in an active incumbent who has moved internally to another position in the following scenario.
Employee A is employed in the Position 1234 from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024.
Employee A then vacates Position 1234 to move into a new role in Position 5678 on 1 July 2024 and remains employed currently. They were never terminated, just moved from one position to the other. So there is no termination record attached to Employee A.
When I run a report for Position 1234, it returns that there are no prior incumbents ? Employee A does appear as an active incumbent for Position 5678.
How do I ensure Employee A is captured as an incumbent for all previously held positions?
My data query structure is as follows:
Position -> Incumbents (under Employment) -> Personal Information
