Is there a way that I can share a report I created with others in SuccessFactors learning? I would like to create onlone item status reports for each of our domains for compliance training items and then share these reports with a contact from each domain who can then refresh them and see up to date data. Can I do this?

Hello Janet,
You can use the scheduled report function to automatize that a report is shared every certain time with a defined email.
You enter the informs option in the admin side, and in the top options of the report area you will find the Scheduled reports option.
