Sharing report jobs and saved reports with other admins

Dear all,

Maybe you can help me with my question. We use the report functions "saved reports" and "report jobs". At the moment each of us have own saved reports and report jobs. One of my colleague will be on maternity leave soon. She would like to share her saved reports and report jobs with another colleague. Is there an opportunity to do this?

Only Report Jobs can be accessed by other admins that did not author the report. If you go to the Report Jobs tab, on the left filter menu, at the bottom change "Self" to "Other."

Unfortunately every thing else is not accessible to others.

Thanks for your reply. I don't know if I'm right but I have no opportunity to change "self" to "other". I added some screenshots - maybe I was on the wrong view.
